At first I thought they did a good job however I get home and my legs still have visible hair! I feel as tho my leg waxing was rushed and not done properly as my legs feel prickle and still visible…..save your money and go to a passionate salon
Really good friendly professional service. Zoya made me very comfortable and eased my nerves. It was my first time at hemaxi but I will definitely be using their services again. Even though I live 30mins away I would travel to get my waxing done here again because of the professionalism of staff especially zoya.
I showed the lady what colour I wanted for my hair dye. She said you won't get that colour 1st time round you'll have to come in twice and pay double basically. Anyway I wanted ice blonde, but my hair turned out orange 1st time round and 2nd time round almost light greeny blonde. I complained to the manager for having such a bad experience burning my hair twice and not happy with the outcome but nothing was done about it. Unexperienced what so ever

Visited a few months back to have my hair cut and bleached. My hair was cut and dyed so poorly that I went to another hair salon to fix it and they said I should go and get my money back. They couldn’t believe a salon had done this to my hair, it looked terrible. The treatment came to £100 but I had to spend another £250 fixing my hair. Never ever coming back to this salon again. Maybe you are good for hair removal but definitely not hair cutting/colouring/bleaching.
