I am extremely happy with the service I received whilst visiting the serenity clinic :) I had booked a skincare consultation and Kuldip was very helpful in explaining everything after my face was scanned. She showed me the damage the sun had done to my face even though it is not visible (yet). Thankfully, it is reversible so I will be going back to take care of those issues. In addition to the helpful explanations, Kuldip also gave extremely useful advice relating to food and drink. I am very happy that I chose this clinic and that too now rather than wait another couple of years. I have a plan of action now to tackle my skin issues and I am looking forward to booking my next appointment. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is concerned about their skin issues.
My favourite place to get a perfect waxing! The place is extremely clean and Kuldip is so lovely, she always does a good job whilst making you feel comfortable. Kuldip is lovely, kind and always listens to all my venting, almost like waxing + therapy. I love it here!
