I’ve had good experience here before but this week when I went in I had shoulder length hair and asked for some layers to be cut in but that no length was taken off. Came out with a mullet, all the length in the front was cut off and a totally uneven cut as you can see from the picture. Had to go to a different salon to get it recut
Got my natural nails done, with gel polish. Went for classic white french tip. Absolutely beautifully executed ????????, in love with my nails. Will definitely come back again, and recommend this place to friends and family.
Having a great service from Tony and Eddie. Tony did my perm, he was excellent with his top-notch experience. Recommended me to do a bit wavy then completely doing curl as it is my first experience for doing it. Eddie gave me an excellent medium fade cut. Will definitely revisit again.
Walked in to advise I had booked an appointment on Booksy for 3:15. He finished with his client at 4pm, to my surprise he has another customer before me and says I didn’t know you had an appointment. Basic customer service would have asked what I was doing waiting around and who I was waiting for! Couldn’t bare to wait another hour and left very unhappy with the lack of sympathy or support in ensuring customer satisfaction! And I’m late for an event I am due for.
