Aaron is a true gent, has extensive knowledge in properties and helped me on my journey of buying a house. even when I was very picky he stood by me and guided me all the way through with regular updates right down to the last minute he was there, he's very punctual, honest & trustworthy they don't call him "The Property Guy" for no reason. Honestly Aaron made the full experience very pleasant and easy. We approached Aaron after seeing his social media and how he instantly stood out from other estate agents. We asked Aaron to come and value our property which he did swiftly. In the meantime we found a property that he was selling and Aaron arranged a viewing for us a couple of days later. Aaron managed to get our offer agreed quickly and now has our house ready to go onto the market all within less than a week. The communication has been great so far and feel at total ease throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Aaron shown us around our dream home. He was very laid back and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions or take as long as we wanted to view the house. We put an offer on the house shortly after and the communication was fantastic, very reliable and friendly. Aaron said he would handle things from the point I put the offer in and he sure did. Brilliant service from ‘The Property guy’ Aaron who puts his all into the service. All he said would happen did happen which just showed his knowledge and understanding of the market. First class service and glad I chose to go with Aaron and support a smaller independent estate agent because the effort and hard work he puts in is 100x that of bigger estate agents where you can sometimes feel like a number.
