We went to visit Krish to look for an engagement ring based on a recommendation by a friend. He was the first person we went to visit in the Jewellery Quarter and he really really impressed us with his customer service and knowledge on diamonds. Even better, he is the friendliest person who genuinely wants to help you find your perfect ring. While we did visit other shops in the JQ, we just knew we would end up buying from Krish - he provided the best service! He found us the perfect diamond in our budget. We can’t thank him enough for everything and he truly deserves the sale. He goes above and beyond and genuinely does his best to make what you want happen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We were recommended to Krishna by a friend as we were looking for my engagement ring. Having visited several shops in the JQ, we found Krish and his guys to be extremely helpful and personable from the moment we arrived. We told him what we were looking for, our budget, style etc. He then asked us to come back again the following week, and he had six different diamonds for us to choose from which was amazing! He spent ages with us, explained how they varied in colour, cut, clarity etc so we could choose our own. This was amazing service! He told us our ring would be ready in two weeks. He actually got it ready early so my fiance could surprise me for my birthday! I would highly recommend Krish and his team. They also include free cleaning each year. Tiffany's was the last place we looked on a very long day looking for an engagement ring, this was after searching every jeweller in liverpool and manchester (at least it felt that way). In the window was the dream ring from the Vera wang love collection. Krish welcomed us into the shop and his service from start to finish was amazing, he explained how he would size the ring and how to look after it and we never felt rushed throughout the whole experience even though other customers were waiting. A week later we returned to collect the ring and had the same fantastic service again and will definitely return for our wedding rings which krish can make to our own requirements.five stars from both of us....
