I was after some earrings for my daughter who was struggling with pierced ears that won't heal. The young lady that served me Demi or Dani I think, was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We looked at lots of styles and decided on gold studs. They were packaged nicely and not overpriced.
I went in to get reflex watch repair. Store manager Ben said they didn't have the system to process, and I had to go to Bull ring. The staff there told me, they can process as all HS stores have the same system. Apparently, it's not the first time Sutton branch have avoided and sent customers into the city!
