Had my son's birthday party here and I must say the the venue and staff were amazing. The place was perfect for a child's birthday party as we hired soft play so plenty of room. They also had lots of highchairs. The staff especially Julia were extremely helpful and when I had an issue with my music they all jumped straight in to help. Thanks again for helping us make amazing memories with our son ❤️
We had our wedding reception here in April of this year and just want to say a massive thankyou to John and Julia for everything they did for us to make sure the wedding planning went as smooth as possible even with my breakdown (sorry again!) Thanks so much again guys. Always recommending you to friends and family when asking about venues.
My niece used this venue for her wedding reception for which I was the wedding planner. Julia and her Dad John were so friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. They went through every detail and couldnt do enough to make sure the day went well. Sadly the red carpet wasnt put out upon arrival but they quickly sorted that out on request. The room looked beautiful with the tables and chairs all decorated and they allowed us to decorate the room with our own special touches a couple of days before the event. The backdrop curtains were beautiful and they took the stage down upon request so the room was layed out as we wanted. If I had to find a negative it was the hot food, which I and others didnt enjoy but this may just have been a poor choice of offers from my niece. The buffet in the evening more than made up for the hot dinner and there was a lot of it. The staff helped us clear up at the end of the night and were on hand for any questions we had all evening. Overall Benjamins offers an excellent service. There is the choice of two rooms which are reasonably priced for anyone on a budget and the staff go above and beyond to help you. Had my wedding ceremony and reception at benjamins last week all credit to Julia and Johnny for making the day run so smoothly without a glitch me my husband and everyone that attended had a fabulous day and I've heard nothing but good about the service the food and the whole day in general the room turnover from ceremony to reception was really quick and perfect. Thank you to Julia for helping me come up with ideas for themes decors ect she worked her bum off to make the day so special gonna miss our chats. Would definitely book here for a function again.
We had our wedding there on 2nd Sept 22. We had the best day. Big thanks to Julia, John and their team, they were amazing and professional and made sure we got the wedding of our dreams. Everything exceeded our expectations. The decorations were perfect. The carvery was excellent. We highly recommend Benjamin's for your special occasions.
