Jason and the team are welcoming, patient and highly efficient with excellent communication skills - always returning calls / emails promptly and, as clients, we never feel we are being 'rushed' or that our modest tax affairs are not as important to them as those clients with much greater tax liabilities. We are comfortable discussing our tax affairs and asking, often basic or predictable questions, without being made to feel awkward or ignorant of what can be, daunting regulations surrounding even the most mundane domestic financial matters. Really great, would recommend to anyone. Accounting is not my strong point and I would dread appointments with my previous accountant who told me nothing and charged a fortune. I was nervous about finding a new accountant but Kully was so welcoming. Everyone there is friendly and no question is too big it small. I've never been made to feel stupid, they will take the time to go over things so that I actually understand my own accounts which is a service I really value.
