Didn’t know about this shop until today What a lovely young lady who was working there she helped me with all my questions about my tortoises Will definitely be going back
Not impressed at all as soon as I got there the woman was pure rude handed over my dog the woman diddnt seem pet friendly at all; picked him up within an hour and 15 minutes when a normal dog haircut and wash can take 2-3 hours the state of the haircut was horrible my dog is small and fluffy now my dog has hardly any hair left and the state of his tail my dog is now nervous to be around us he must be thinking his being punished and when I picked him up another dog was bein cut and I heard her screaming at the dog while getting done; my dog will not be going back there for sure
