Absolutely disgusting behaviour that’s supposed to be a dealer and a so called MOT garage that they use.! Been delivered a completely dangerous car and they will not take the car back and refund my money even under the consumer act 2015.!! Clearly here to rip and mug people off.!! Trading standards are aware and are taking appropriate action. Not even a 1 star for this place.!! Hopefully they will get shut down
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never in my life left a Google review, on any company, restaurant or organisation. But from my experience I know it’s extremely important as buying a car from this company is actually extremely dangerous and as a first time young driver I really hope I can prevent someone from waisting their hard earned money. From the second I brought the car it had faults, before I purchased it I asked if there was any faults and checked it’s history. Everything was fine on paper, by the next day things started happening like the break fuel was leaking. Sam (the owner) tried to convince me that it was okay to carry on driving. WHICH IS NOT as the breaks could fail at anytime and I could get into a accident and die. When I spoke to my personal mechanic they said it was extremely dangerous and I should not drive, Sam then tried to lie and say he did not say it was ok. Little did he know I recorded every conversation I had with him after I started to feel like he was dodgy and untrustworthy. My engine coolant was leaking, he even said it was ok to drive it then, which once again it is not! As the engine can overheat and the car can set on fire. The boot was rattling as it was falling off, the sensor did not work, there was no spare tyre in my boot, they probably took it and resold for own personal gain, my engine management light kept coming on, till this day it still does. And whilst I had the warranty I kept taking it back to the garage he told me to and all they would do is reset it so it disappears for a few days.The garage he works with is just as disloyal and sneaky as him. They do not fix things properly and does the bare minimum to make sure it passes the MOT without thinking about the safety of the new car owners. I had so many faults that I went to the garage so often that he refused to work on my car at one point. I tried my best to fix everything whilst I had the warranty but I’m almost certain something else will come up in the near future. Sam is a liar and the most disrespectful, inconsiderate dealer I’ve ever come across. I wish I could upload photos and text message proof to show how genuine and honest I am and the way he spoke to me and lied. Do not buy from him and if you do record and save every conversation you have with him otherwise he will try and lie his way out. Fortunately I was smart enough to do so, whilst I know some may not always think like that as they would expect dealers to be professional and trustworthy. I COULD GO ON AND ON. JUST PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. OR GET A MECHANIC TO CHECK IT OVER BEFORE BUYING BUT EVEN THEN AS I SAID THE SNEAKY GARBAGE COVERS UP FAULTS
Buying a car is stressful, on top of that the fear of dealing with a deceitful trader who doesn't want to know once they've got your money. After spending many frustrating hours researching cars and coming across some questionable sellers, I bought a car from Sam and I am extremely happy. I bought a category N car which has been repaired and is fully roadworthy, this enabled me to be able to buy something that I otherwise wouldn't be able to afford. Sam has been absolutely amazing. I had a concern after purchasing the car, it turned out to be nothing when checked. However, Sam fully acknowledged my concerns and the communication and customer service has been excellent. I will never go to anyone else to purchase a car in the future. Also, I've recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Sam
Bought a car a week ago, 6 months warranty, great price, would reccomend. Staff are really nice! Edit: Dont buy a car from these. I bought the car cat C 'Repaired' reqr left damage. The chassis was still bent, water was coming into the boot, the rear passenger door wouldn't open (they 'repaired' this before I bought it apparently) kept getting told that they will call me back, or they are busy at that moment, they gave me an email adress that wasn't correct. Also had the car serviced, the oil was thin (wrong oil or very cheap). The MOT they had supplied onto my vehicle was dodgy, as it would not pass with the chassis damage.
