So many negative reviews, but I’ve never had a problem with them. Good chicken shop. Reasonably priced and large portions. I usually order the mega fillet when I feel like having a filling crispy chicken burger. They do kids meals as well which is helpful. Delivery is always on time and warm enough for a fast food chain.
Absolutely lazy and under trained staff, it was not busy at all just 2 walk in customers but they took 30 mins just to make a cheese burger and mini fillet wrap. After it was made they kept it on the table even though I stood there waiting When I asked he laughed and said oh I never seen as he was chatting with his colleagues. Most disgusting service I ever had Never will come to eat here again.
Food is disgusting. Sent me a burger with burnt chicken, and strange tasting beef on it, actually made me heave. Chips were rock hard and cold. The churros were tasteless, with not a grain of sugar on or in them. If you want food made with love, this is not the place to go. If you want a possible bout of food poisoning, this is the place to go.
Ordered a delivery today via uber eats and the food arrived stone cold. When l rang to complain they were not interested even though l am a regular customer. They blamed the driver whereas the driver blamed the shop. Its very disappointing and nothinh was done by way of customer service looks like they just don't care. Will take my custom elsewhere in future
this place is lucky to even get a one star review, they really just know how to destroy expectations. I would just want to point out that their burgers were of very good quality and so were the fries, which was one of the only reasons I would go there.. At the start, the place held such good standards, they had nice staff and good food. Now, the quality has been reduces to almost nothing. the burgers they now sell are so cheap, both in the way they look and taste. It just tastes artificial. The price is ridiculous. they also wear no hair mats, so there is a big chance of finding hair in your food. I also found hair in my food. if anyone out there is reading these reviews as a last sign to eat at this place, please don't. You will waste your time here and its better to go other places. I can tell you here that if you plan on going to peppers, there is a place on the same street that can sell you much better quality food. and if you plan to order from online, there's places better to order from than this garbage of a place.
