Had a 6 camera installation from Shaun and his team and we couldn't be happier. Right from the start Shaun gave us guidance and recommendations based on our needs and budget and didn't at any point try and sell us something we didn't need. We felt really comfortable with Shaun and his level of experience shone through. He didn't try and confuse us with jargon like some other companies did and explained everything from start to finish. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently by Adam and Errol who again put us at ease and explained everything along the way. Two wonderful guys who are a complete credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Pro-Tek team to anyone looking for a new security system.
Had four cameras fitted today, excellent service from start to finish. No mess. Brilliant definition on cameras even at night. The alarm was upgraded, very pleased from start to finish with everything. Can view images and even listen in using my phone. Thanks all, a very happy customer.
