    Joined 3 weeks ago and have loved every session, I feel motivated and now eating even more healthily. I've been able to lose 3.5kg in 3 weeks. Would recommend these guys all day long, all of the trainers are so nice and knowledgeable and they push/encourage you. The best bit is that I always look forward to the next session whereas previously when I had gym membership I would get demotivated after a few sessions.

    JW Personal Training is like no other training studio in the area. It has such a huge variety of equipment as well as staff that really push and help you to achieve your goals. The atmosphere is great and you never feel out of your comfort zone.

    I've never stuck to a gym before until I found JW Personal Training. Friendly and supportive trainers are helping me gain back my strength and have fun doing so. Can highly recommend ????

    AMAZING - I’ve wanted to leave a review for a while, but genuinely didn’t know where to start, so many great things to say. I have been supported by Jak & his wonderful team; Dan, Jordanne & Hollie, for very almost a year. Over the last few years, particularly with lock down, my motivation to stick with nutrition and exercise definitely needed support. I searched for local businesses and came across Jak. From the very beginning, I was treated professionally and kindly. I had a consultation where Jak explained his service and then we spent the rest of the time talking about me, my goals, my hobbies and what I wanted to achieve. Jak was always honest with me and supported me to make realistic goals which I would be able to achieve. I have regular meetings, usually around every 2 weeks, where I am able to check my progress and work on what is working well or what support I might need going forward. As far as the sessions go, having never done them before, I did not know what to expect. But, from the moment I walked through the door for that first session, I’ve felt apart of the JW community. The personal trainers are so kind, caring, compassionate and friendly. They will gently push you to do better, but will also acknowledge when your having an off day and they’ll change the routine slightly to help you achieve your best. The people I train with are all so lovely, I enjoy their company, we talk, train and support each other. Not only has is it helped with my strength and motivation it is also helping me with my mental well-being. Dieting, nutrition and exercise will always be something that requires work and dedication but I genuinely feel that JWPT give me the support I need to reach my own goals.
