I came to Luke with the specific goal to lose weight and increase my fitness level. Previously I'd struggled to stick to exercise regimes or keep initial weight loss off. Luke designed an exercise programme that was not only manageable but also enjoyable. Luke was very motivational and always had the ability to make me go that extra mile when I was giving up easily, he also knew when I'd had enough. This helped me stay invested and motivated in my programme. I can't recommend Luke enough. We are now discussing a muscle gain programme now that I've hit my weight loss goal. I'm looking forward to the next challenge.
Luke helped me achieve my goals with great knowledge of muscle groups training methods and nutrition etc can't speak highly enough of him certainly can be given a pat on the back from me for the help he gave me when required. Also very easy going and motivational on his work. Would recommend if looking to build up or generally get into shape.
I approached Luke around a month ago as I was looking to get back into some sort of exercise routine after having a child (taking up all my spare time) and rupturing my ACL playing rugby. Luke took the time to listen to what I was looking to do and how much time I could commit a week and put together a plan for me to start me off. A few weeks in and the plan is working great and helping me work towards my weight loss & fitness level goals. We are now working together to introduce a few more exercises into the daily routines. Luke has been incredibly helpful with all the questions I have had and always responds quickly when I need something. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a PT!
Luke adapts the program to my personal needs, changing exercises every so often so my muscles don´t get used to it. We can train in the park when the weather permits too, and do intense cardio interval training. I have a random schedule, but he can always adapt to it, week-on-week. Progress is tough- however sessions are fun! He understands my objectives so we target and tone up those troublesome áreas.
I started training with Luke nearly 2 years ago aged 38, being somewhat of a stranger to exercise up to this point. Wow what a difference his sessions have made - I feel so much fitter and healthier. He motivates and encourages me without making me feel like I am at bootcamp! I now have hard legs with muscle definition and can knock burpees out like a pro ????
